What determines a tiny house? There is no specific design protocol or that the dwelling needs to be located in any specific area. The most common reference to which is required is that the floor area should be no more than 37 square metres (400 sq ft) thus making it a tiny house. Though how you live your life in a tiny house is totally down to you, many that do are looking for not only the cheaper living costs, but also #selfsustainable #organicliving feature heavily.

The great thing about the tiny house movement is that it appeals to a wide audience from young to old, single to families. Most times the property will be relatively need in build as the trend is only a few years old, though there are many original / dated tiny house examples too.
